I am a certified mindfulness & meditation teacher helping people reconnect with their truths, their innate wisdom, by quieting the mind and returning to the body.

A private, guided practice, where we meditate together, offering a unique space for relational mindfulness & healing.

Small Group Practices

A weekly guided meditation & mindfulness practice in a supportive circle to experience the energetic benefits of a group practice.
