I’ve seen firsthand how powerful mindfulness can be when practiced together. Working with others, one-on-one or in a small group, creates a space where we can witness one another, feel supported, inspired, and fully present. It is where our truths begin to unveil themselves.

Ways We Can Practice Together

1:1 Co-Meditation (virtual)

Immense healing and transformation occur in these sessions.  We practice side by side in a relational, witnessed way. I guide the meditation and practice as you share and reflect on what is showing up in your life.  I will check in and support you while you explore stillness, presence, and your inner awareness. 

  • 45-minute weekly 1:1 sessions

  • 10-week commitment

  • Includes enrollment in small group practices

  • $750 per 10 week session

Small Group Practice (virtual)

We come together weekly to—meditate, reflect, and share our experiences. Practicing in a group fosters connection, accountability, and support, reminding us we are not alone in our challenges.  Each session I will provide the group with a guided meditation, a short talk on mindfulness and how to incorporate these in your life.

  • 45-minute weekly group sessions

  • 10 week commitment

  • Tuesdays 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM CST

    February: 10th, 17th, 24th

    March: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st

  • Thursdays 8:00 PM - 8:45 PM CST

    February: 12th, 19th. 26th

    March: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th

    April: 2nd

  • $250 per 10 week session
