How We Practice Together
When we come to a place of stillness, there's more connection between mind, body, and heart. When these are in sync, your own wisdom and truth become clearer. There's room for deeper opening and receptivity.
For this reason, every session begins with 10–15 minutes of guided or silent meditation.
From there, I offer a short teaching on a mindfulness theme, drawn from my training in Vipassana (Insight) meditation, the neuroscience behind why these practices work, and what I've learned from my own teachers, mentors, and lived experience. This offers a new lens through which to understand yourself and what you're moving through, and an invitation to notice how mindfulness may be showing up in your life.
After the teaching, I invite you to explore the theme for yourself. I may offer a reflective question, an idea, or a practice to sit with during the week. There's space to share what's arising, or to simply sit with it quietly.
As we continue meeting, we return to what you noticed: How did your practice show up this week? What did you experience?
We close with a few moments of quiet, to let what we’ve explored settle.
Sessions are 45 minutes, held weekly over Zoom. No prior meditation experience is needed to begin. In 1:1 work, the practice is more personalized, shaped around what's actually showing up in your life.
