Ways We Can Practice Together

50 minutes per session | $100 per session
1:1 Co-Meditation (Virtual)
Immense healing and transformation occur in these sessions. We practice side by side in a relational, witnessed way. I guide the meditation and practice as you share and reflect on what is showing up in your life. I will check in and support you while you explore stillness, presence, and your inner awareness.
Mindfulness Meditation Weekly Gathering (Virtual)
8 weeks | Fridays May 1st - June 19th | 7:00 - 7:45 AM CST | Live on Zoom
45 minutes per session | $250 for the series
A small-group practice space to meditate, reflect, and explore the teachings of mindfulness together. Each session includes a guided meditation, a short talk on a theme from the mindfulness tradition, and open sharing for those who want it. Practicing in community fosters connection and accountability — and reminds us that we are not alone in our experience. No experience necessary.
New: Private Small Group Practice (Virtual or In-Person)
5 weeks | 50 minutes per session | time & dates coordinated together
$500 flat rate for the group (3-6 people)
An opportunity to gather a small circle of people you’d like to meditate with and explore the teachings of mindfulness with. Each session we meditate, share, and explore what is arising, whether that’s grounding in presence, cultivating compassion, or simply learning to slow down together. No experience necessary.
New: An Introduction to Meditation (Virtual)
6 weeks | Mondays May 4th - June 15th (no class Memorial Day) | 6:30-7:30 PM CST | Live on Zoom
60 minutes per session | $150 for the series
For anyone who has wanted to start meditating but wasn’t sure where to begin — or who has started and stopped and could use some support building a consistent practice. Over six weeks we cover the foundations: how to meditate, what to expect, and how to bring mindfulness into daily life. Each session includes guided meditation and open time for questions and reflection.
